A longtime member of the Royal Resorts household, Pablo Chuc is a well-known face for a lot of members. We’re blissful to report that he returns to The Royal Sands as Food & Beverage Manager after virtually 5 years at The Royal Haciendas in the identical place.
Initially from the village of Sucila within the neighboring state of Yucatan, Pablo moved to Cancun in 1991 and joined Royal Resorts in 1993. His first place was bartender at The Royal Mayan and he quickly labored his approach up the ranks in Food and Drinks as a waiter at Cayo Largo restaurant in The Royal Islander, employees coach, head waiter at Tradewinds restaurant in The Royal Caribbean after which in 2002 as Restaurant Manager at Cayo Largo. After 4 years at The Royal Islander he was promoted to the submit of Food & Beverage Manager at The Royal Sands in 2006.
In 2019, Pablo transferred to The Royal Haciendas as Food & Beverage Manager with duty for its signature eating places Los Murales and Kinoko, La Palapa del Sol, Sol and Luna Grill, Pizza Luna and La Rotonda.
On his return to The Royal Sands, Pablo will likely be managing Membership Bistro, La Veranda, La Veranda del Mar, Char Hut, Sand Greenback and Sidelines Sports activities Bar and dealing intently with Royal Resorts Govt Chef Juan Carlos Orozco, Govt Sous-Chef Deyanira Gonzalez, The Royal Sands Govt Sous-Chef Eduardo Castellanos and different members of the Food and Beverage managerial staff. His management, professionalism, consideration to element and customer support will likely be key in enriching eating experiences at The Royal Sands, and creating new ones.
Israel Juárez joins Royal Resorts as the brand new Food & Beverage Manager at The Royal Haciendas. He has an extended profession in restaurant administration and can use his expertise and information to create new eating moments for our members and friends.
